JX3 Climbing Stick Set (4 sticks, 1 wide top step)

Best climbing sticks for stability, foothold and ease of installation.

These are good sticks. Surprisingly light. The reason for the 4 star review is that the top stick with the platform bar attached is quite a stretch for me. I solved this issue by putting a sling type aider on the top step and it makes it much easier to step up.

I bought this year and I am new to saddle hunting. I have only been able to practice with them but really like them so far. Very light and easy to use. The top step built in platform is great and eliminates another pice of equipment to carry into the wood. Highly recommend these sticks

Jx3 climbing sticks are the best I’ve used. I have tried several kinds but Jx3 is sturdy and grips the tree very well. They are a little bit more bulky but pack nicely on the Jx3 saddle. They are no doubt secure to the tree and fit my feet very well. I would recommend these sticks over any other brand any day.

These sticks are light, quiet, and fast! I love how they secure onto my JX3 hybrid. I prefer the larger standoff which makes it feel more like a ladder. The wide “platform” step is perfect for saddle hunting and eliminates the need for a separate platform. Great product.

Very pleased with these climbing sticks very easy to attach to tree and very light to carry into the woods . My only complaint they are a little to expensive.

These sticks/steps are great. easy to setup, quiet and easy to pack in and out. They fit perfectly on the saddle and do not rattle. They can of course be used with other stands as well. They come as a four pack but I could use a fifth one just to get a little higher in the tree.

I am not as big a fan of the sticks as I am the JX3 Hybrid (which o love). They don’t have enough width for me to get both feet on the bottom rung as a typical stick. I have learned to deal with it. I do like the “platform” function of the top step and will use it along with another brand of traditional sticks.

These have to be by far the best most stable climbing sticks I have ever used. I especially love how they attach to the JX3 stand and become one compact unit that is quiet and stable to carry.

They are easy to put on tree and fast

These are fantastic! You don’t need a platform, monkey bars or anything else when you use these steps. I just finished a week in Indiana and they performed great. The steps are lightweight as well.

Not the lightest climbing sticks, but by far the most packable with the JX3, seamless integration. They're definitely the most stable climbing sticks I've ever used. Very secure feeling.

Great design and product ! Packs tight on to the JX3 stand they are lite and secures nicely to the tree which make them really stabil . The over size top step makes it easy to get around the tree. Great investment for me ..
